CSS was conceived, founded, and run on a daily basis by a sixty-eight-year-old Englishman named Sir Donald Fitzroy.
Location[]
It is located at a six-story whitewashed commercial office building on London's Bayswater Road that overlooks Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. The offices are comprised of a large suite on the top floor of the white building.
